Summary of Another Month at Our Preschool!
October flew by and was filled with excitement and shared activities! At the beginning of the month, the preschoolers went on a trip to Chwalimierz, where they had the opportunity to get to know various animals up close – horses, pigs, pigeons, chickens, roosters, and rabbits. Of course, there was also time to taste baked potatoes, which brought a lot of joy.
In the following days, we began two educational projects: “A Year with Velvet Hygiene” and “Playing with Senses”. As part of the first project, we celebrated World Smile Day, during which the children learned the basics of oral hygiene and discovered the consequences of neglecting dental care. The “Playing with Senses” project, prepared by our special educator and psychologist, included sensory workshops where children created autumn trees with leaves, branches, chestnuts, as well as colorful pasta and rice.
The results were amazing – as you can see below!
Apart from these events, our preschoolers participated in various activities supporting their development in all areas. We were also visited by a small theater that presented a show titled: “The Circus of Forest Bugs,” which introduced the children to the world of insects and taught values such as safety, cooperation, and friendship.
We also had a bit of pumpkin-themed fun – we organized a pumpkin contest, which both children and parents joyfully participated in. We sincerely thank everyone for their involvement!
We invite you to view photos from these and other October events on our preschool’s Facebook page!
