November in our kindergarten was filled with many interesting events and activities that provided the children with lots of joy, knowledge, and unforgettable experiences. We would like to summarize what happened with us in the past few weeks.

At the beginning of the month, we celebrated Fairy Tale Characters Day. Children embodied their favorite characters—from princesses, through superheroes, to amazing animals. The kindergarten was filled with colorful costumes and smiles of our little dress-up enthusiasts. We also had a music quiz “From which fairy tale is this song?”, which brought a lot of laughter and excitement! The children enthusiastically recognized melodies and competed in a friendly atmosphere.

We invite you to watch the video from this event on our Facebook—we encourage you to share these moments with us!

Another unique event was the visit of a volunteer from Ekostraż in Wrocław, who conducted a fascinating lesson about hedgehogs. The children learned many interesting facts about these amazing creatures—what they like, their habits, what they eat, and how to recognize when a hedgehog needs help. Our preschoolers also had the opportunity to practically learn how to safely transport a hedgehog by practicing on a plush toy. Thanks to this, they know how to help these cute animals when needed. As part of our support for Ekostraż, we organized a collection of the most needed items. We managed to gather many useful things, for which we sincerely thank all parents and children for their commitment and generosity!

On the occasion of Independence Day, our preschoolers ceremoniously sang the Polish anthem, proudly celebrating this special day. The children learned or recalled the symbols of our country, such as the flag and coat of arms, and the meanings of the words “freedom” and “homeland”. It was a beautiful lesson in patriotism and community that will remain in their memories for a long time.

Throughout the month, we also implemented the core curriculum, where the main topics were Poland and the senses. Through various activities, children learned about our country, its culture, and traditions, and also discovered the world using all their senses, which supports their comprehensive development.

Due to International Children’s Rights Day, our specialist staff—a psychologist and a special educator—prepared group classes, thanks to which children could learn more about their rights. Through play and discussions, preschoolers learned about respect, tolerance, and the importance of every person.

At the end of the month, we also celebrated Teddy Bear Day. Our preschoolers celebrated with their favorite stuffed friends! Each child could introduce their teddy bear, talk about it, and spend a special day with it at the kindergarten.

There were also activities developing visual perception, logical thinking, and hand-eye coordination. The little ones enthusiastically drew images of their stuffed animals, and the older kids created fantastic headbands with teddy bears, which they proudly wore all day long.

To conclude, we completed another task from the “We Play with Senses” project—children, along with our psychologist and special educator, created slime. This sensory play gave them a lot of joy and allowed them to develop creativity and manual skills.

We sincerely thank all parents for their support and involvement in the life of our kindergarten. November was full of wonderful moments, and more exciting events lie ahead. We encourage you to follow our Facebook profile, where we continuously share what is happening in the kindergarten.

Together, we create a unique place for our children!
